CERIAS links fixed

The webmasters at Purdue have found the problem with their blog links.  Links in the prior posts should now be working again.

    That relief was short lived. It’s broken again; I’ve notified the CERIAS webmasters again. :(

    It seems to be fixed again, but I don’t think they know the root cause of the problem.
